Orders to the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our European warehouse located in Tallinn, Estonia. We use DHL Express and GLS as our shipping providers and deliver to both residential and business addresses. All orders are shipped with a tracking ID that will be sent to your email once the products have left our warehouse.

Orders to Australia are fulfilled from our Australian warehouse located in Melbourne, Victoria. We use Australia Post eParcel service and deliver to both residential and business addresses. If the resident in not home or the business is closed, a collection card is left in the mail box and the parcel is delivered to the local post office. All orders are shipped with a tracking ID that will be sent to your email once the products have left our warehouse.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Whether you are required to pay customs fees and duties will depend on your location. Orders to the EU countries, United States or Australia are not subject to any custom fees or duties.

Countries outside these areas all have their own customs laws and, though unlikely in small purchases, the customs authorities of some countries may apply customs duties to your shipment. You are responsible for paying these duties if they are applicable. Eye Caramba Ltd. does not account for possible costs incurred by customs. What are the usual delivery times?

Your delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method of your choice, from 2 days up to 3 weeks. Please refer to the above table for detailed shipping options and the related delivery times.

A tracking ID will be shared for each order once we have processed and sent out your products.

What to do if I need to change my shipping address?

If your shipping address has changed and you’ve already placed an order please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email at info@kodakringlight.com.

Where do you deliver to?

At the moment we deliver to the Europe, United Kingdom, United States and Australia.

How can I track my order?

A tracking ID is created for each order, and this ID is automatically shared with you as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If you haven’t received a tracking ID please contact us at info@kodakringlight.com to have the tracking id resent.

When will I hear from my order?

After placing a succesful order in our shop you will receive a confirmation email with your order details

Once we have processed your order and it has been sent to your address you will receive another email containing the tracking ID.

Didn’t receive any confirmation? Automatically sent emails such as order confirmations are sometimes classified as junk mail and may end up in your email’s junk folder. If you have checked your junk mail folder and are still missing a confirmation email contact us at info@kodakringlight.com.

How can I add a discount to my order?

If you have a valid discount coupon you can redeem it during check-out. After adding all the desired items to your shopping cart, go to your cart and complete your personal information and shipping details. On this same page, you will see your products listed, and below this you’ll find a blank bar where you can add your coupon code. After applying your coupon code click on ”Apply coupon”. The amount of the discount will be deducted from the sum of the items, and then you can proceed normally to the payment process.

Can I cancel my order and what is the policy?

You may cancel your order at any time until you have received the product. In case the order has been cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded or reimbursed as a coupon.

If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to your address, we will deduct the costs associated with the return shipping from your purchase amount.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently we accept credit card payments and payments via PayPal. PayPal is an online payment service that allows individuals and businesses to transfer funds electronically.

For more information and how to create a PayPal account please visit www.paypal.com. We reserve the right to change and add payment methods in our web shop as we see fit.

Currency

We accept payments in Euros (€), GBP (£), US dollars and Australian dollars. Based on your location you will automatically be shown the currency we accept for products sent to this location.

Prices for orders placed from within the EU are nominated in EUR and prices for orders placed from within the UK are nominated in GBP. The prices for orders placed from outside the EU are nominated in USD. Orders placed from Australia are nominated in AUD.

I have not placed an order but my credit card was charged?

In case you suspect any unauthorized use of your credit card in our store, please contact us through our contact form immediately. We strive to scan all our orders in case of fraudulent purchases, but cannot guarantee that all fraudulent purchases are noticed in time.

How will I be refunded in case of a return?

If your order qualifies as refundable, we will refund your credit card or PayPal account. Please account for 10 business days for the refund to reach you, counting since the date you receive our email confirmation for the refund.

I want to return the product

How do I return one or more items?

In case you want to return your product, our return policy allows this until 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please consider the following when returning a product:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs that are associated with the return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return are approved, your refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
  • If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please send us a message through our contact form.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind to contact us BEFORE sending back any items. We will send you the address you can use to return your parcel and update your order in our system. Just send us an email through our contact form and we’ll get back to you.

Do I need to pay for the return?

Yes, as specified in our Terms and Conditions you will have to pay your own return shipping costs. The exact amount of these costs will depend on the company you choose to do the shipping with, and the fare chosen.

How and where do I return broken/damaged items?

In case your product is defective or damaged we are happy to exchange it. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us a message through our contact form. We’ll get back to you to request a picture, to get a better understanding of the situation and then explain how to proceed depending on each case.

How will I be informed that my return has been processed?

Once we received your items, we will get in touch with you directly through the email address that you used for placing the order. We will then confirm the return and either provide the corresponding voucher or confirm the processing of the refund, depending on each case.
